Celestial Dolphins Raku Keepsake

A cream dolphin leaps across the soft blue glaze of this raku keepsake, topped with a wood lid.

Because raku glazes react to fire and smoke in their own way, every keepsake comes out of the kiln one of a kind.

It holds 60 cubic inches, a portion of ashes, so family members can each keep a part of their loved one close.

Engraving is available (up to 160 characters) to add a name, dates or a short message.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this keepsake hold?

It holds 60 cubic inches, a portion of an adult's ashes. Keepsakes like this let several family members each keep a part of their loved one, or sit alongside a main urn.

Why does each raku piece look different?

In raku firing, the hot pottery is pulled from the kiln and exposed to smoke and flame. That process is never exactly the same twice, so colors and patterns vary from piece to piece.

How do I care for a ceramic keepsake?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and keep it on a stable surface away from busy areas. Avoid water and cleaners, which can dull the glaze.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. For engraved orders, the engraving proof needs to be approved by 1:00 PM CST to ship that day. Orders completed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
